Plain Yogurts

Hey people, as always:
HAPPY WEEKEND :)

not as fab as last weekend, but still happier than weekdays. ahaha :D

did muay thai yesterday at Green Hills Muay Thai with Mbak Delia. (padahal badan masih sakit hasil Body Combat hari kamis). waktu itu lagi agak galau karena officially 3rd week of no communication. lalu.. terpikir ini:

3 punches: here is for all the stressing days you have put me through
4 punches: im tired my hands are burning... lol


Terus nonton Star Trek 2 yang ada mas Chris Pine si ganteng, meskipun masih gantengan di This Is War but its ok. lalu beli Conan 73 yang sudah sangat ditunggu tunggu, tapi ternyata gak begitu seru :"(

Sekarang lagi downloading Life As We Know It, tadi nyoba streaming gambarnya malah patah - patah. huff. dan lagi kepanasan, karena AC sampis. sumpah panas banget kayak sauna!!! dan abis makan sate...... BANYAK BANGET. karena laper. dan enak :S agak guilty sih HAHA but its worth it.

Me lagi likey sarapan roti pake mulberries, strawberries dan skippy dalam satu roti. dulu kalo nggak marie regal di kasih air anget jadi bubur regal, terus makan roti pake nutella, atau plain whole wheat bread pake madu (awalnya nggak doyan tapi ternyata nagih), sekarang malah campuran dari segala macam selai. enak dan lebih ngenyangin nggak tau kenapa looool. 



eh anyway! jumat kemaren tumben tumbennya gue masuk ekskul. ekskul gue adalah KULINER! YAY hahaha :) minggu lalu bikin pannacotta tapi gue nggak bisa dateng. kemaren bikin creme brulee! (males pake accent2 gapapa ya). caranya gampang, ingredients juga simple. gue agak addicted minum whipped cream.. soo creamy!

karena disekolah ovennya agak freak.. (baca: kotak oven dipanasin pake kompor) pas di oven, creme bruleenya ga mengeras.. akhirnya udah lamaa banget nunggu yaudah deh dimasukin kulkas aja yang ada di ruang guru. cuma karena gue buru - buru mau ngedate sama farisa yaudah gue ambil aja padahal baru masuk kulkas 10 menit.. Nana maruk ambil 2, people...

terus gue cabut ke Bagel Bagel NY yang di scbd. tempatnya sepi banget beda sama yang di kemang... tapi asik karena yaa gitu kesannya private. Kesukaan gue bagel sandwich philly cheese steak! thank God for creating people who created Bagel. it was a good aftenoon - mendung, sepi dan good food. ol' friend and gossips. Friday afternoon & no homework for the next day.

oh iya, today mau bahas Plain Yogurt. Just Because.

After researching for awhile about the benefits of plain yogurt, i found it very healthy. i've always liked yogurt, but not really a fan of the plain ones. though there is greek yogurt which is healthy too, but because its quite hard to be found in Jakarta, im just gonna talk about plain yogurts.

im gathering some informations, and this is some points that you should know about plain yogurts!

1. Nutritional Facts

Low Fat Plain Yogurt (8oz)

  • 114 calories
  • 9.5g protein
  • Calcium 34
2. it may helps you burn fat
3. its high in calcium, which is essential for your bones
4. it contains protein which is usually coming from fishes - for vegetarians!
4. it does not contain a lot of calories - for y'all weight watchers!
5. it contains vitamins.

"One serving is a significant source of potassium, phosphorous, riboflavin, iodine, zinc, and vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). 6. it helps you prevent high blood pleasure.

i didnt include the full explanation, because i am not an expert. you can do a research yourself and enjoy a snack that would not only make you full, it contains a lot healthy stuffs your body needs, too. add some real fruits to it to add flavor - avoid buying the flavored ones. and dont forget, look at the nutritional facts first before buying the yogurt, and choose the right one!
